🗑️ Deleted immediately
- Your player profile (name, display name, skill level)
- Your Player Pass QR code and share code
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your device push notification token
- Your profile photo stored on your device
- All locally stored preferences and session data
🕐 Retained temporarily
- Match scores and leaderboard entries stored within organiser-created events are retained for up to 12 months, then purged automatically. This data exists as part of the event record, not your profile.
ℹ️ Why match history is retained briefly
When you join an event, your match scores become part of that event's historical record — which may be used by other participants to view final standings. Organisers rely on this data to share results with their group. It is anonymised from your profile upon account deletion and removed entirely within 12 months as part of our routine data purge.
We do not use this data for advertising or profiling. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
